WHY THIS TOOL
What this converter
changes.
Pasteful reads the document structure in HTML, removes scripts and source-page styling, then prepares semantic rich text for an open Word document. You can also download the result as an editable DOCX file.
- Paste visible HTML code or open an .html file.
- Review the document structure and any reported losses.
- Copy the rich result into Word, or download an editable DOCX.
QUESTIONS
Before you
paste.
Does Pasteful run the HTML?+
No. The source is parsed as document structure. Scripts, forms, embedded pages and source CSS are not run or copied.
What happens to tables?+
Simple tables become real document tables. Merged cells are flattened and shown in the loss report before export.
Can I open an HTML file?+
Yes. Open or drop a local .html or .htm file. Pasteful reads it in the browser without fetching linked images, stylesheets or scripts.
