Telegram's normal composer, regular Bot API messages and newer rich bot messages are different outputs. This preset is for an ordinary paste into the app, using rich clipboard content plus plain text as a fallback.

No. This preset targets the normal app composer. Bot API output needs separate escaping and parse-mode handling.
Will @names become mentions?+
Plain @usernames may be detected by Telegram, but Pasteful does not create identity-bound mention entities.
