Notion rich copy
Copy for Notion writes safe semantic HTML with a plain-text fallback. This preserves ordinary headings, lists, emphasis, links, quotes, code and simple tables when the receiving client accepts rich clipboard content.
Copy Markdown remains available for Notion imports, version control and a portable fallback. A complex page, database or full archive should use Notion's documented import and export workflows.
Calendar-safe descriptions
The calendar destination writes plain text with stable paragraph breaks, readable bullets and explicit URLs. This is intentional: Google Calendar, Microsoft Graph and iCalendar do not expose one identical rich-description contract.
The formatter does not request calendar access, create events or invite attendees. It only prepares the description for a manual paste.
What is adapted
Document headings become compact labels. Tables become labelled rows. Labelled links include their full destination. Deep list nesting is retained only where it remains readable in a narrow field.
Paste it into Pasteful. It stays in this tab.
